Warranties and Guarantees:

All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original owner. Warranty is nontransferable.

Bright Idea Group, LLC (B.I.G.) will repair or replace, at our discretion, without charge, any of our products which fail to perform due to defects in material or workmanship. Defects which result from damage or misuse, such as excessive force or improper use, are not covered by this warranty.

Damage to any Cargo Desk caused by the use or attempted use of any accessories that are not purchased from B.I.G. will void the warranty.

B.I.G. will not be responsible for any incidental and/or consequential damage due to the use or failure of any B.I.G. product.

B.I.G. represents and warrants that: (i) it has the unrestricted right and authority to enter into this Agreement, and to grant the rights and licenses contemplated hereunder with respect to the Products and (ii) it has all rights in and to all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights associated with the Products that are necessary to market, distribute, and license the Products.

Important: This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary form state to state.
