Products are shipped UPS ground unless customer requests expedited shipping. Shipping charges will be added at the end of the check out process, based on weight. Customer may request expedited shipping, please be aware that this product is oversized per the UPS large package rules. UPS compares the package's actual weight to the dimensional weight - the greater of the two is the billable weight and will be used to calculate the actual shipping cost. Charges for shipping shown on check out are for actual shipping costs only. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees for their order. Brokerage fees are assigned by UPS when the package(s) arrive at customs and can not be predetermined.

Items normally ship within 48 hours of receipt of order excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow this time for processing and packing your order when determing how long it will take to receive your package. Some accessories may ship from a separate warehouse so you may receive more than one delivery to complete your order.

*Also - If you choose to pay extra for overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day shipping, it is not guaranteed that you will receive product within that time. We will contact you by phone or e-mail if product is backordered or if the shipping option you chose is not available in your area.
