Returns Policy by Bright Idea Group, LLC (B.I.G.)

Warranty Claim Returns:

CarGo Desk products may be returned within 1 year of the original purchase per the warranty. B.I.G. will evaluate the defect and, at our discretion, either replace or repair the item and return it to the customer at no charge. Claimants must follow the Required Return Procedure outlined below.

Non-Warranty Returns:

All returns must be received by B.I.G. no later then 30 days from the day you received the item(s). For example, if you place an order on January 1, the products arrive at your location on January 7, you will need to receive an RMA # and have the items returned to us no later than February 7.

All non-warranty returns must arrive in as new condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you (note: shipping company will charg eyou for and returned/refused package) and no refund will be given. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-warranty opened/unopened returned items. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to B.I.G. at their expense. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that you use. The return shipping, insurance, duty or taxes (if applicable) and are the responsibility of the customer. Please read these important facts before ordering to determine if a CarGo Desk is right for you and avoid return possible return expenses.

Required Return Procedures:

You must obtain a "return merchandise authorization (RMA)" code by sending an email to Bright Idea Group, LLC Customer Service at sales@cargodesk.biz before returning an item or call us at 866-573-7065. B.I.G. will not accept any returns without an RMA #. The RMA # must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any items returned without an RMA# will be refused. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that you use. The return shipping, insurance, duty or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer..

The refund shall be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. (i.e. refunded back to your credit card)

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of item(s). You will be notified by email regarding the status of your return. Shipping and Insurance charges are not refundable.

Returns for Customers who purchased through a dealer or source other than B.I.G.:

If you purchased your CarGo Desk thru an online store or authorized dealer please contact that dealer with your return request. The dealer will secure the RMA number from B.I.G. and relay to you. All requirements above including applicable restocking fees pertain to your return. B.I.G. will issue a refund to the dealer when the product(s) are received. Your refund will be issued by the dealer that you made the purchase from.
